  If I could give it 0 stars I would. We place an order at 11pm. It said an 1 1/2 hour wait. I was okay with it because everywhere was busy. At 12:50 I called them and they hadn't even put my pizza in the oven. They said they would and they'd get it right out to me. Mind you we were staying at a hotel 2 miles from their store. At 1:30 We give them a call again someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. We called back they answer and say their computer was down and hung up again. We were hung up on 3 times. I finally got a hold of someone and they were very rude. They still hadn't put my pizza in the oven and it was 2:30. So after 3 1/2 hours of waiting for pizza I never got I told them to cancel the order and I wanted my money back. They said they canceled it and they'd reverse the chargers. Well nope. I will be charged for pizza I never received.
