  Very disappointed!! I was very impressed by Tiffany the "property manager," whatever that position entails when I first became a customer; however when I moved back to Grand Rapids I asked about getting prorated, and what that entailed. I was given not only misleading information from Tiffany, but I was blatenly lied to, and now have to pay a full month for absolutely no reason since my stuff was moved out before the 1st. She was beyond rude about it as well. I have always paid my monthly rent on time, and was so disappointed to be taken advantage of. I do not recommend!!!!
