  Don't care about customers and will try to overcharge you.
  I went here and they tried to get me to upcharge things such as buy their "better" oil,or replace my air filter WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING IT.
  Next, they used an impact wrench to put on the plug. Now, this may not sound like an issue, but it actually is. One, it greatly increases the chance of cross threading. Second, it is near impossible to get off by hand. I tried, and the bolt started to strip so I had to stop. They do this, so you can't service your car yourself and have to go back to their shop.
  They just want your money, not your business. Firestone is right down the road, and they'll actually pay attention to detail.
