  Waited for ever in line inside. Several workers standing around talking not work related issues. Only one register open then they got order online thing going the one and only cashier was having issues with it when customer wanted to pay for his meal. Then she called another worker over and he tried to figure it out in the process more people come in standing in line waiting to get waited on then they had the one girl to open the register I was next in line she waited on me after she waited on me she turned around and she just went off and started while talking to other workers didn't bother to ask any other customers how she could help them or take their order. They have very poor customer service. People inside was waiting for their food longer then they should have after they ordered their meal by time you get your meal the fries are cold or the burger is cold. I sure hope the Ada McDonald's performs much better than the Lowell one because Lowell has poor service.
