  Dr. Voyden is excellent and trusted. It is very hard to speak with a live person to schedule appointments without leaving voice mails and hoping that you are available to answer their return call. Maybe Spectrum Health should slow down their marketing until they have the infrastructure in place to provide good customer service on the front end (scheduling).
