  Definitely exceptional customer service. Clean, organized. Shampoo was accompanied by a bit of a scalp massage -- one of my very favorite "extras" at a salon. Sydney, as many others have said, is lovely to talk to and very skilled at her trade. She was happy to look at pictures I brought in, and then she asked for feedback at key points so she could make adjustments if I preferred. Observing interactions among her co-workers, I had the impression that her example of openness was common among the professionals working there. They are humble and respectful, avoiding the elitism and awkward product-pushing I've commonly found at other high end salons. Overall a great experience. As salons go, this one is certainly in a class above the rest in both service and skill. (Also, to clarify its location, it is located in the "Old North Boundary" plaza.)
