  Extremely disappointed with my experience with Shred-It. Though the employees who service our company are polite and timely, I've had poor customer service from a Account Retention Representative named Kyle. Their fuel rates fluctuate constantly and Shred-It will increase your bill with no notification or reason, requiring you to call each time to have it returned to it's previous cost. The representative I spoke with was condescending and smug, claiming that he was "helping me out." There is no benefit to being a long term customer and the representative stated they do not have competitive pricing. Not only is it costly, but it's also frustrating speaking with anyone from Shred-It customer service. They are not out to support their clients, only themselves. Locking people into long term contracts is the only way they'll keep their clients. I do not recommend utilizing Shred-It for any services.
