They were friendly, down-to-earth, and explained all the work needed without any confusion. The replacement materials they brought along were solid quality, and after ensuring the work was done well, they followed up by inspecting all the other pipes and drains, just to prevent any further leaks in the immediate future. Fast, hardworking, and decent. It was a great experience.
