  I Live at Regency Park and really enjoy it! I'm not sure what all these reviews are really about. The staff in the office is new but they go out of there way to take care of my needs even calling me back after office hours. I have never seen a bug nor had any noising neighbors. I am planning to upsize soon and if they allowed it would sign a 10 year lease.
