  We brought in a car that was missing. A technician said he knew what was wrong with it cause he had one just like it. My husband and I talked to him on the phone and were adamant that he do a compression test on the engine before replacing parts when he said one cylinder was missing because someone had replaced one plug and got the wrong cylinder and the gasket was leaking oil. He called on Saturday and said the car was ready but still had "a little thing". We asked what that meant and he told us to just come in. The car was still missing terribly and he admitted that he DID not do the compression test before replacing the intake gasket. He wrote Engine bad write on the invoice. He said he would give us the compression test FREE. Oh joy. We would be still be charged over 900.00 for needless repairs! When we said we were not happy, he started screaming and swearing at us and told us to come back on Monday . On Monday the service advisor who had been out sick called the police and refused to let us pay with a credit card and wanted cash! They take credit cards and we had used the shop to replace a tire in the past so they had no trouble with our credit. We had to wait around for a long time for the police officer to come tell them they could not make us pay with cash. Then the Service writer kept his hand over some documents coming out of the printer and had us sign them before we could get our car. The service advisor told us we would n't of had any problems if he would of worked with us, but he was out sick. He said It was not the forte of our technician and we would wouldn't of had trouble if he had been present. If a technician can't work with customers or use standard diagnostic procedures the business should of told us to come back on Monday. . They could of kept us as customers for years to come by being honest and taking responsibility for their mistakes but instead they pushed their errors on us. Beware Extremely dishonest
