  Moved into my New apartment today, 4/4/2018 and very happy with the new Management at Northview Harbor. They were very helpful and kind. Had my first call today when I locked myself out the main door and called up for help, they sent Maintenance over right away and it was cold out.. only had to wait a few minutes. Thanks again Northview and I’m a happy camper!:)

  I recently moved in & have been very impressed with the management. They recently (like VERY recently) hired an entirely new management team & they have been absolutely wonderful! Nate & Sam have been great to work with & super helpful with anything I needed. There was a small problem with maintenance, but it was handled immediately & they have been very on top of things ever since. I have never seen any trash in the hallways, the building is relatively quiet, security doors are always locked, & management is very friendly! I have a small dog who can be a bit of a stinker, management has been very welcoming to & flexible about his issues. So far, I'm VERY happy with moving to Northview Harbor! :)
  
  I understand that the other reviews are kind of harsh, but the new management team is kind, understanding & beyond helpful. I believe, over a short period, they will turn this place into a wonderful community to live in! :)
