  Our company truck had a Muffler fall off going down the road only a few trips after Muffler man had possession of the vehicle. It was brought in because we knew something wasn't right with it. Mistakes happen we understand that. But worst of all is that they lady who takes calls is extremely rude. Argues, blames, defends, condescending and insulting frankly, instead of listening, relating and apologizing to her customer. Regardless of all arguments she made... it is a FACT that our muffler fell off on the way to Kalamazoo after they were unable to resolve our concerns. A different Muffler Man said you may have been breathing in carbon monoxide all this time because it was clearly rotting. That store made this vehicle run so smooth like it is supposed to. I recommend Lake michigan drive MM investigate issues further and also send this rude lady to a few service seminars.
