  Gary is not the best manager. He can be nice to your face, but on the phone can be a real jerk. I wouldn't trust what he says or believe that he actually did the work he says was done. Their biggest downfall is they have no computer system to keep track of appointments, work in progress or work previously done. One person tells you to bring your car in. When you do, no one else knows why you are bringing it in or who told you to bring it in. They will tell you they are "too busy, call back tomorrow" instead of scheduling an appointment for you. When they do have your car, the communication is terrible about when it will be done. I always have had to call them.

  Really great! Very knowledgeable mechanics. Awsome manager. Will not sell you on doing work that does not need to be done. These guys are honest. I've been coming here for at least 10 years.
