  As others have already stated, you're kind of getting what you pay for. The staff here are definitely not the most reliable or professional, and can often be found swearing at each other or just goofing off in general. The pizza is your standard fare Little Caesars pizza.
  
  By far this biggest draw of this particular location is the signs the neighbors put in their window. As someone who has lived in the area almost his entire life, it's honestly pretty neat to see how the production quality of the signs has improved over the years. What started off as Sharpie on ripped cardboard has since evolved to high quality cardstock (thanks, Kinkos!), classy serrif fonts (no comic sans or papyrus here!), and even taking kerning into consideration. It's all really quite impressive.
  If I could offer just one piece of constructive criticism, it would be the subject matter of the signs. Whether an intentional focus of the artist, or laziness, or perhaps just an obsession with a singular subject, the signs always seem to have reworded iterations of the same idea: rat poop. Now, while I'm personally doubtful of these bold claims, the resident artist seems to hold tightly to their unhealthy obsession over rats and their byproducts. I would really like to see a variation of subjects brought up in these signs, but alas, until that day comes, my review of this location stands unchanged.
