- Andrea MaddockDec, 12 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I ate at The Kutchen restaurant at the Dulles Airport. The Salmon was aged and very dry. The desert was not special. I was extremely disappointed. It took forever to be served and for the server to attend me. The only good thing was that I had such a long layover that time was not an issue. You would think that Mr. Puck would have some kind of quality control since his name is on it. Not worth the money I spent.
