  This place has HORRIBLE customer service. Slow responding to help tickets, poor attitude support-employees and just less than 50% support. Today they canceled my subscription and refunded the $$$ without so much as a email to say why. But I knew - they don't like confrontation and they don't like being told they're wrong. Again, horrible customer service. I think they need some NEW people without fat egos and attitude problems!
