  I wish I had the option to leave zero stars. I own a local business and love to support other local businesses. I have never had such a horrible experience with any contractor, vendor, or business as this. It has been just unbelievable. We hired City Sign a year ago to install a large outdoor sign for our business. Once the sign was installed, electric was never hooked up to the sign so that it would light up at night. We were told they would be out in a couple days to hook up the electric. No one ever came. We waited a week or two and began calling. Our sales person didn't answer, or return our messages for a couple of weeks, so we began calling the main office leaving messages. We had no electric to the sign and also had not received a bill. Through the summer months we sort of forgot about it as our business closes at 9 before it gets dark. Once fall came around we started calling again. Also wondering why we hadn't received a bill. We finally hired another company to hook up our sign. Finally I got through to Ian. He was extremely apologetic and explained that the sales person we had dealt with had quit suddenly and that his paperwork and account were left a mess. As fellow business owners we understood how these things can happen and were very understanding and graceful. Ian estimated that he would adjust our bill by about 1900 for services not rendered and would send it out soon. He also said he would call me back the next day to confirm. He never called back. We finally received a bill for the full amount. We left many messages for Ian over the next couple months, which were never returned. Finally, the new sales person Stephanie sent us a bill with a $130 adjustment. I told her this is not even close to what Ian told us. Weeks went by with no returned calls and finally we received a collection bill. My husband called on the hour until we finally got through to Ian. He apologized profusely, said he would adjust the bill and would call my husband tomorrow. That was four weeks ago. We have left countless messages since with no response. My husband finally paid the full bill as to not have the account go into collections. I am SHOCKED at the unprofessionalism of this company. I have truly never experienced anything like it. If you are looking for a sign to be made, I would strongly advise against using this company.
