  Gone to Cascade Immediate Care for years. By far the most affordable and worthwhile urgent care we've ever had contact with. We were in a very serious car accident being hit by a car on the highway going 125 mph, plowing, sending our car airborne and flipping it end over end over the course of 400 feet. Dr. Runowski was the ONLY doctor in West Michigan who got it, identified the seriousness of the injuries in 2 seconds flat even after a major medical group in West Michigan screwed it up and didn't even do a full physical in their ER. Dr. Runowski helped us get to specialists we needed to see, so he's someone we trust completely. Julie is the bomb, too. If you need urgent care, this is the place to be!
