I showed them pictures of what I looked like and they did not even come close to the color. Every one I mentioned they said wasn't my size. I paid an exorbitant amount of money and hated the wig. Customer service is terrible. Once you walk out the door they aren't interested in helping you with anything. I will never go there again.
