  I've been going here for more than 20 years never had a problem till now brought my Jaguar up there for transmission filter and fluid change. when I came back to pick the car up the mechanic still had the car on the lift and did not lift the car correctly and smash the rocker panel in four spots with the lift. I brought it to Bobs attention and nothing was spoken of him fixing it. I took it to a repair shop and got a estimate and BOB refuses to take any responsibility for the damage and get it repaired. Just beware make sure to look at your car! because they don't care!
