  clean dealership but please avoid bringing your car to this delearship. Car was in the shop for over a week and they would not offer a loaner. I was told to go down the street and rent a car because I was a frequent customer. They have been known to upcharge on repairs. Go to a local shop with less overhead. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

  We bought a A3 from this dealership. Rob took care of us and made the experience very pleasant. He was not "pushy" and made sure we went at our own pace in the decision process. I love my new car! and I am glad I went to the right dealership.
