  I really only do quick shopping trips here, when I just need a couple things (or things they don't have at Aldi). They seem like they are always short-staffed cashiers. They are extremely busy at certain times, namely weekday evenings and weekend afternoons, and they don't seem to bother staffing appropriately for those rushes. Waiting in line for ten minutes isn't unusual at those times. I try not to go there at those times anymore.
  
  But despite how slammed they can get, the staff are generally helpful and friendly, and the store is kept fairly clean.
  
  I have had issues with the pharmacy. I've been using their pharmacy on and off for over ten years.There was a good six month period in the last year (2017) where they were repeatedly messing up, both on the actual prescriptions themselves AND on the billing. One example: they would run an insurance I hadn't had in over five years and try to tell me I wasn't covered. That happened multiple months in a row, even though each time I was assured it wouldn't happen again. And each time, it was a straight up journey to even discover that was again the problem -the pharmacy would insist each time that the mistakes were on my end and it would take days to get to the point where they said, "oops, looks like 'our system' messed up." I'm not joking, that would take DAYS.
  
  I ended up complaining to corporate after this happened over and over, and found out many people were calling in with similar customer service issues. Thankfully, they must've made some changes, as those issues ceased.
