  If you are looking for a great place to do your physical therapy, I highly recommend Hulst Jepsen Therapy at Cascade. The staff, Pat, Jessica, Leah, and Beth, are so friendly and assured me that they could help me reach my goals of being pain free so I could do the things that bring me joy.
  I had a set of exercises that I did at each session, under their supervision, so I could strengthen my muscles. At home, I continued my exercises. They worked on massaging and stretching my problem areas and helped me improve my range of motion and posture.
  After I graduated from P. T. my therapists wanted me to continue my routine. So they encouraged me to come back and use their equipment Mon.- Fri., at my convenience. I have gone to other places, but Hulst Jepsen Cascade is the best! The quality of my life has greatly improved because of the outstanding staff!
