  Ordered sand on Monday and agreed to Tuesday morning delivery. No sand by 10:15, called for an eta and was told that it would be there within the hour. 4 hours later at 2:20 still no sand so I call and receptionist transfers me to Jeff. He says sand is on its way. I said it's 4 hours late and the Bobcat service has already left and now I have to pay them to come back out. His reply "Sorry" and hangs up on me. Terrible customer service.
