  Drove all the way from Lansing to Grand Rapids to look at a vehicle. Salesman Paul proceded to call other people who had shown interest to come down and look at it even though we were assured we would have the first shot at it. Confirmed our appointment that day but by the time we got to Grand Rapids we recived a call that it had sold. Then he proceded to call us again and blame us because our appointment at 7:30, which he agreed to, was to late.
